Food Art: An Arbor Day Tree Snack
For Arbor day this year, I created this super cute and amazingly easy snack to help kids celebrate this holiday, and to remind them how important trees are for the Earth and for us! With just a few ingredients, you can make this snack in minutes.
What You’ll Need
Ingredients:
A handful of broccoli florets
1 slice of red bell pepper
1 large pretzel stick
Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)
Tools:
A small heart-shaped cookie cutter
How To Make It
1. Place your large pretzel stick on a plate.
2. Take your broccoli florets, and place them at the top of your pretzel stick to resemble a tree.
3. Grab your slice of red pepper and your small heart-shaped cookie cutter and cut a heart out of your piece of pepper. Place this heart on your broccoli tree. Optionally, serve with a side of ranch dressing.
