Food Art: Whooo Loves You Owl Snack
It seems that owls are all the rage these days. From decorations, to parties, to food, kids just can’t get enough of these big-eyed birds. This super easy owl snack uses Kix cereal and some yummy fresh fruit, so it’s sure to be a favorite with your kids.
What You’ll Need
Ingredients:
1 slice of fresh pineapple
2 blueberries
2 slices of banana
1 piece of peeled carrot
A handful of Kix cereal
Tools:
A kitchen knife (please supervise children if allowing them to slice)
How To Make It
1. Place your slice of fresh pineapple on a plate.
2. Arrange your Kix cereal in a heart shape on top of your slice of pineapple.
3. Add 2 slices of banana and 2 blueberries for the eyes.
4. Slice your piece of carrot into 3 triangles for the ears and nose, and 2 circles for the feet. Place these on your owl snack.
