Kix Cereal Cones
It’s a favorite summer tradition: a drippy, melting and delicious ice cream cone. But sometimes you want just a little sweet something to share. Make a batch of these teeny Kix cereal cone treats to have and to hold, plus no melted mess.
First, melt 1¼ cups white vanilla baking chips in a microwavable bowl and stir. 30 seconds on High should do it; continue to microwave 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between until melted and smooth. Stir in 1¼ cups Kix cereal.
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper or foil. Scoop 12 small mounds of the cereal mixture onto the cookie sheet, using a miniature ice cream scoop or spoon to create round mounds. Refrigerate 5–10 minutes to set.
Meanwhile, fill 12 miniature flat-bottom ice cream cones with peanut butter (you’ll need about a cup). Make sure to have enough at the top to attach the Kix scoop.
Top with the cooled cereal mound, add frosting and sprinkles and it’s tasty treat time for everyone!
